Title & Salary Grade: Tech Electronic I / Grade 27
Location: TBD
Reports to: Jim Howell – Region Maintenance Manager
Base Salary: It is good, trust me per hour, paid bi-weekly as earned
Bonus: 3% ICP
Relocation: Also good Relocation Allowance and U-Haul
Start Date: September 2008
This position is classified as hourly and you will be eligible to receive overtime. In this role, you will be eligible to participate in the Baker Hughes Incentive Compensation Plan (ICP).
Insurance coverage is available to you upon date of employment and includes a choice of several options of medical and dental insurance, vision care, as well as life, accidental death and dismemberment, short and long-term disability and business travel accident insurance. You must enroll in benefits within 31 days of your date of hire. You may enroll at the Your Benefits Resources website (BLACK OUT) or by calling The Benefits Center at BLACK OUT. Contact your district Department Administrator or your HR Representative if you have any questions regarding benefits enrollment. You will also be eligible to enroll in the Baker Hughes Incorporated Thrift Plan. Also, you will be credited with eighty hours of vacation prorated through the end of the year.
This offer is contingent upon successful completion of a drug test; a background check; an application for employment; and an Immigration Service Form I-9. The relocation allowance in contingent upon completing the relocation repayment agreement.
